HISTORY
iha-scales was founded in 1991 with a preliminary study by Aydoğan ARI, a student at Boğaziçi University.
The system was designed between 1995 and 2006 under the name "bilgi check-up" and was designed to evaluate the
qualities of tests and documents.
Since 2007, this system called "bilgiölçer" has been used in educational institutions and an interpretation system in which
each question (item) is analyzed has been put into operation. Using the bilgiölçer, the reliability, validity and usefulness
levels of the questions were determined.
As of 2024, it has gained the competence to test the reliability, validity and usefulness criteria of all measurement-evaluation systems under the umbrella of Zekasoft Incorporated Company.
